Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please make sure you include your information inside of the package for us to credit you. Include either a copy of your invoice or simply a piece of paper with your name, order number, and email. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Accessories, bags, clutches, swimwear, or bodysuits are non-returnable.

Exchanges
We do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to send the merchandise back to our facilities. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.

 

Refunds
Eligible return items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will be given. Please allow us 10-15 business days to process your store credit. If more than 25 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mielboutique65@gmail.com.
