Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mielboutique65@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


My order shows as delivered but I haven't received anything?

While we strive to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience, we understand that unforeseen issues may arise. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Verify Delivery Location: Ensure that the delivery was not left at an alternate location, such as a side door, back porch, or with a neighbor. Check with household members or neighbors to confirm if they accepted the package on your behalf.

  2. Contact Carrier: Reach out to the carrier directly to inquire about the status of your delivery. Provide them with your tracking information and details about the situation. Carriers often have real-time updates on the delivery status and can provide insights into the delivery process.

  3. File a Claim: If the carrier is unable to locate your package, we recommend filing a claim with them. Most carriers have a claims process for lost or missing items. Keep any relevant documentation, including tracking information and communication with the carrier, as it may be required during the claims process.

  4. Notify Us: Please inform us of the situation by reaching out to our customer support. While we may not have direct control over the shipping process after the product leaves our facility, we are committed to assisting you in resolving the issue to the best of our ability.

  5. Coverage and Resolution: In the event that your package is not recovered, our policy covers orders up to $100. We will work with you to find a resolution, whether it involves a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution based on the specific circumstances.
